Food is beyond good. I have tried so many meal prep companies in SD and online and I am so happy with this company. I didn't know eating healthy could take so good. The company has great customer service. 10/10
Quality, quality, quality—that’s the difference here, and you can taste it! Most meal prep companies are convenient, yes—but you end up with cheap-o food that might taste ok on the first day, but before long degrades and takes on bad texture/flavor by the time you go to eat it later in the week…ON THE CONTRARY, Pure Meal Prep SD uses beautiful, fresh, organic foods, and somehow manages to cook it all just right so it tastes great even late into the week. Bravo! Super cool that you can check macros/nutritional/preparation info just by scanning a QR code on the package with your phone. Epic for those of us on training or diet regimens! Genuinely impressed with this company on the whole, and frankly surprised they are still so affordable, given the quality of food they deliver. Great way to support buying local, too!
I have been ordering from Pure Meal Prep for over a year now. They are extremely reliable and offer the most variety compared to other meal prep companies. There is option to choose Keto, Gluten Free, or Lifestyle which makes it very diverse if I were wanting to change my diet. I currently do lifestyle and they always have unique meals. From chicken, enchiladas, to Hawaiian pork they always have something new which I appreciate. I also have moved and needed to change addresses which they were very easy to communicate with and make that change. They also always give a time frame and update every 15 minutes which is great when I have to plant round the deliveries. I could recommend Pure Meal Prep enough and have only great things to say about them and their products.

To be honest, this has been the best meal prep business I’ve enjoyed! Pure meal prep knows what their customers are looking for and need ! Delicious meals and help u choose what options you’d like. They post their menu each week and every item on it is soooo good. Wish I can be blessed to enjoy their meals again. This busy pregnant mom needs all the nutrients she can get with already having to take care of my almost two year old! Busy mom needs to be cared for with these delicious meals! We have thoroughly enjoyed receiving meals from Pure Meal Prep SD, especially as our little family went from two to three this past December. Their services made my postpartum experience markedly easier, and we happily remained customers until we moved out of the area. We appreciated that we didn’t need to select the meals ourselves, that they could be heated in either the microwave or the oven, that we received text updates regarding the orders and deliveries, and appreciated the exceptional customer service we always received.
We're currently on week 3 of using Pure Meal Prep SD and we are absolutely loving it. To say this service saved my sanity is not an exaggeration. It's so nice not having to stress about what to feed my family. We already ordered for week 4 and so far haven't come across any repeat menu options - which wouldn't even be a bad thing because everything is delicious. I am not a big seafood person but even the fish entrees have been delicious. The packaging may look small but there's actually quite a bit of food in there. My husband and I often split an entree with our daughters and are still satisfied. We are NOT light eaters. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. I'd give an extra star just because they deliver to Ramona ⭐
I have tried 3 different meal prep services in the SD area and finally landed on Pure Meal Prep and without a doubt, this is THE BEST meal prep service! The food is actually delicious and I look forward to eating it!! My picky eater husband also likes the meals as well! I don't normally make reviews, but Pure Meal Prep deserves it. Thank you very much for making my life easier every week. If you're looking for delicious meals that you actually look forward to, you MUST try them out, you will not regret it. This is my first attempt at meal prep from an outside source and I cannot be happier I didn't need to look any further than SD pure meal prep! I work 9-10 hour days and most weeks the last thing I want to do in my very limited time off is spend it cooking and cleaning but a girl needs her protein. So this was the first place I ordered from. Cost is AMAZING for the quality of food you get. Every steak I have gotten has been juicy, melt in your mouth perfect. Delivery is consistent and great communications. I have officially traded meal prep and grocery shopping for enjoying my free time and still fueling my body with what it needs to maintain my goals without slaving away myself.

The portions were so generous, I was able to have leftovers for lunch the next day. Plus, they pickup the delivery bags each week so no huge boxes to recycle.
